The Department of Teachers Education was established in 1956. The Corses Offered are B.Ed. and Ph.D.. There are overall 10 Teaching staffs available. The Department ” Organised a Workshop on In Service Teachers Training for Minorities on August 2-18, 2005. The Department has National link with Darul Musannaffeen (House of Writers), Azamgarh. Madarsah Education in Modern Perspectives, Value Education and Philosophical and Psychological Bases of Education are the major areas for research activities.
